Dr. Shoeb Mohiuddin, MD

Anesthesiologist, Interventional Pain Management Physician

Shoeb Mohiuddin specializes in both interventional pain management and anesthesiology. He completed his residency and pain fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago. During which, Dr. Mohiuddin received funding to investigate the use of technology into medical training and simulation. In 2016, he received the Excellence in Technology Award .

Dr. Sajjad Murtaza, MD

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Interventional Pain Management Physician

Dr. Sajjad Murtaza is a double board certified fellowship-trained specialist in sports medicine and interventional pain. For nearly a decade, he has been involved in promoting a pain free lifestyle through the restoration of normal function after a variety of injuries. He has a large following in the Chicagoland area and spends time working with injured workers from mom and pop shops to the corporate conglomerates.

Dr. Sameena Rahman, MD

Obstetrician-Gynecologist

Dr. Rahman is a board-certified OB/GYN whom after years of practicing obstetrics and gynecology in a variety of large academic settings and locations, started her own practice. She focuses on special areas of interest to ensure her patients have their best quality of life. Through her research and dedication, she focuses on pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and menopause management.

Dr. Akash Jindal, DO

Dr. Jindal is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Interventional Pain Management. He completed medical school in California and moved to the Midwest for residency and fellowship training. Dr. Jindal specializes in chronic pain treatments including interventional spine and peripheral joint procedures. His primary goal is to utilize a comprehensive approach that customizes a treatment plan to each patient’s unique pain experience.

Karen Bradley, MSN, FNP-BC

Karen Bradley, MSN, FNP-BC Karen Bradley is an Illinois board certiﬁed Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a proud Chicago native, born and raised on the north side. She attended one of the largest high schools in the city, Lane Tech College Prep. She then went on to complete her bachelors of science in nursing at Resurrection University in 2009. After graduating she started her nursing career in Acute Care at Alexian Brothers Medical Center, caring for adult and geriatric patients. She then moved on to serve the pediatric population at Lurie Children’s Hospital as a Surgical Specialist.
